Real Estate Branding & Property Marketing
Two different jobs live under this heading, and I treat them differently. One is building your reputation as an agent — the track record, the volume, the specialty. The other is selling this specific property, this week, to the right buyer, with interior and exterior video shot to create urgency rather than just document square footage. Agent branding runs on interviews, testimonials, and the numbers that back up your experience; property tours run on the features that actually move a buyer. A property with the right video moves faster and closes closer to asking — that's the metric I shoot for.

Medical & Dental Branding
Patients don't choose a provider from a brochure — they choose one they trust, and trust starts with understanding. I build video that does the explaining for you: what a procedure actually involves, what a condition looks like before someone assumes the worst, what treatment options exist before they've even asked. That includes procedure walkthroughs that lower anxiety before the appointment, condition and treatment education that positions your practice as the clear answer, and provider introductions that make the practice feel familiar before a patient walks in the door. The goal is a patient who shows up already comfortable, because they've already met you on screen.

Law Firm Branding
This is where a lot of legal video starts to look the same — same office backdrop, same talking-head setup. I go the other way. My legal clients hire me specifically because I don't shoot it like everyone else: real locations, real texture, case stories that play like they matter instead of reading like a stock testimonial. That covers case narratives built around the challenge and the outcome, attorney credibility shot like a real conversation rather than a deposition, and the firm resources that back up why you're equipped to win. If your firm's marketing has started to blend into every other firm's, that's usually the sign it's time to shoot it differently.

Corporate & Industry Branding
Most companies have a better story than their current video shows. My job is to find it — the product that actually solves a problem, the floor where it gets made, the team that stands behind it after the sale. That means showing product capability and differentiation clearly, giving the operation itself some visual weight instead of just describing it, and putting a face to the people customers deal with after they've bought. I work directly with a number of marketing agencies on this kind of content, and I build the process around that — clear communication, no surprise revisions, a final cut that makes your team look good in front of the client.
How Pricing Works
My rate depends on how much of the process I'm handling.
**Agency partners** typically come to me with the script, the talent or client already secured, and their own editor cutting the footage — I'm brought in for the shoot itself. Because I'm handling one piece of the process instead of the whole thing, that rate is lower.
**Direct clients** get the full process — I write or help develop the script, source or coordinate the talent, shoot it, and edit the final piece myself. That's a more involved rate because it reflects the entire production, start to finish, not just the day of the shoot.
Reach out and I'll walk you through which scope fits your project.
Packages
Three ways to work with me, depending on the content you need and how much of the process you want me handling.
Ads
Produced specifically to run as paid media — built with a hook, a clear message, and a structure designed to perform under an ad algorithm rather than just look good organically. This is the format for clients actively running campaigns and needing content built for conversion, not just visibility.
Short-Form Talking Head
Vertical video built around a single person speaking directly to camera — a founder, an attorney, a provider, an agent. This is the format for building authority and familiarity fast: someone scrolling gets to know your voice and your point of view before they ever contact you.
Short-Form Trending & Meme Content
Fast-turnaround vertical video built for the way people actually scroll — built around trends, sounds, and formats that are working right now rather than a traditional brand-video approach. This is volume-friendly content meant to be posted often, tested, and gets eyes on your page.
